Cirio advises French renewables company Smart Energies in its investment in Swedish solar farm projects

Cirio has acted for French renewables company Smart Energies in its investment in a pipeline of existing and future solar farm projects in Sweden, being developed by Swedish solar developer Sunbeam by Helios AB. The investment marks Smart Energies entry on the Swedish market.

Cirio’s team consisted of Fredrik Morfeldt (Partner, M&A/Energy), Liselotte Rios (Senior associate, M&A/Energy), Carsten Hierl (Associate, M&A) and Niklas Junker (Associate, M&A).
