Olof Hallberg
Senior Counsel
Olof specialises in real estate, environment and public procurement. He has unsurpassed experience of real estate and environmental law and has advised on major property and environment projects in conjunction with the incorporation of Swedish Railways (SJ): a state-owned company. Olof’s significant public procurement expertise is founded on working for more than 15 years in the public sector managing major procurement processes for purchasers and suppliers. Olof is a former assistant appeal court judge and was senior counsel at SJ.
Olof Hallberg is one of the co-authors of the Commentary on the Swedish Public Procurement Act (Kommentar till Lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling) which was published 2021.
