She is regularly appointed as bankruptcy trustee and has extensive experience in complex insolvency proceedings, including bankruptcies, reorganizations, and liquidations across various industries such as retail, fintech, heavy industry, and software development.
Emmeli also advises both Swedish and international clients on employment law matters. Her expertise includes reorganisations, terminations due to redundancy or personal reasons, and issues related to non-compete and non-solicitation clauses.
