Alexandra is a member of Cirio’s Banking & Finance group. She regularly acts for banks, sponsors and companies in complex financial transactions, with a primary focus on project finance, real estate finance and other structured financings, as well as bond issuances. Alexandra also advises on social impact financing with outcome-based structures.

Alexandra is particularly active in the growing field of data centre financing and maintains close and regular dialogue with leading players in the Swedish market.
