Cirio advises Atari in connection with its secondary listing on Nasdaq First North

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Atari SA in connection with its intended secondary listing of Swedish Depository Receipts on Nasdaq First North. First day of trading on Nasdaq First North is expected to Thursday 25 April 2019.

Atari is a global interactive entertainment and multiplatform licensing group with its head office in Paris. The true innovator of the video game, founded in 1972, Atari owns and/or manages a portfolio of more than 200 games and franchises, including globally known brands such as Asteroids®, Centipede®, Missile Command® and Pong®. Atari’s shares are listed on Euronext Paris since 1993. The secondary listing is driven by the objectives to broaden Atari’s shareholder base in a market with investors well familiar with the video game industry.

Cirio’s team was headed by Maria Arnoldsson (Capital Markets and Public M&A) and Carl-Olof Bouveng (M&A) together with Johanna Permatz (M&A) and Yousef Chakir (IP/ICT).
