Cirio legal advisor to Sagax in the subscription of shares in Emilshus and the divestment of 8 properties in Småland

Cirio acted for Sagax, in the divestment of 8 properties in Småland to Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ). The deal was made by way of share transfer and the properties comprises 47,000 sqm lettable area with an underlying property value of MSEK 180.

Emilshus paid the purchase price with new shares in Emilshus. Sagax holding of shares in Emilshus will, after the share issue, amount to 25 %.
