Cirio advises Avoki on the acquisition of Avant IT

Cirio has advised Avoki, the full-service IT provider, on the acquisition of Avant IT, which is a Norwegian IT solutions provider with its own platform, Legal 365 designed for law firms and in house legal teams. Avoki intends to launch Legal 365 in the Swedish market, bringing this innovative solution to legal professionals in Sweden.
