Cirio assists on the acquisition of Xite Consulting

Cirio has advised Office Management on its acquisition of Xite Consulting. Xite Consulting is an Uppsala based IT business providing managed IT, data center and consulting services and IT products to customer across Sweden.

Cirio’s team consisted of Peter Lilja (Partner, M&A) and Tove Bergman Olsson (Associate, M&A).
