Cirio advises Nordiqus on the acquisition of an education property portfolio from Turako

Cirio Advokatbyrå has advised Nordiqus on the acquisition of an education property portfolio from Turako, consisting of 14 educational properties of which one is property under construction. The transaction is, according to Fastighetsvärlden, the fourth biggest real estate transaction in Sweden so far this year. The portfolio is located in Stockholm and Gothenburg and consists of modern, fully let education assets with long lease terms and leading education operators as tenants.

Completion of the existing properties took place on 24 March 2026. The property under construction will be completed and transferred in connection with the start of the 2026/2027 school year.
