Emelie is part of Cirio's Real Estate group and primarily works with commercial real estate and energy law, with a particular focus on commercial rental properties, real estate developments as well as the development, acquisition and sale of renewable energy projects such as wind, solar and batteries.
Emelie often works on land access issues such as utility and contractual easements, and other forms of utilisation rights. Emelie also regularly assists grid companies in various electricity grid-related issues.
