Liselotte Rios
Senior Associate
Liselotte Rios is a member of Cirio’s Mergers and Acquisition group and specialises in energy and infrastructure related transactions. Liselotte is experienced in drafting and negotiating project documents (including power purchase agreements) in the energy transactions, in particular wind power transactions.
Further, Liselotte has experience of drafting and negotiating contracts in the gas sector. Liselotte also has extensive knowledge of corporate law in general.
