Cirio advises NCC in the sale of the Yrket 4 office project in Solna Business Park

Cirio has advised NCC in the sale of the Yrket 4 office project in Solna Business Park to KPA Tjänstepensionsförsäkring AB, which is part of the Folksam Group. The deal amounts to SEK 3.6 billion and includes the development of Svenska Kraftnät’s new head office, with a total area of 52,000 square meters GFA.

The transfer of the property is being made through a company sale and will be completed upon completion of the project, which is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.

Svenska Kraftnät has signed a 20-year lease agreement for the property. The transaction requires a building permit, access to the property, notification in accordance with the new FDI regulations and the tenant’s approval of the buyer.

The building is planned to be sustainability certified according to the BREEAM ranking level Excellent when completed.
