Cirio advises Vestum in the acquisition of Infracon Sverige AB and its subsidiary Infracon Maskin AB

Cirio has advised Vestum AB (publ) (“Vestum”) in the acquisition of Infracon Sverige AB and its subsidiary Infracon Maskin AB (“Infracon”).

Infracon was founded in 2015 and performs concrete construction work and groundwork for roads, parks and infrastructure projects. Infracon has 122 employees and is headquartered in Örebro.

The purchase price will partly be financed in cash and partly through the issuance of a loan note, which will then be set off against 286,556 shares in Vestum. An additional purchase price may be payable in certain circumstances.

The acquisition is expected to be completed within approximately four to six weeks.
