Cirio advises Scandinavian Biogas in the acquisition of Biokraft Holding

Cirio has advised Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB (publ) (“SBFI”) in connection with its acquisition of the remaining shares in Biokraft Holdings AS.

Biokraft Holding AS owns and operates world’s largest facility for production of liquid biogas in Trondheim, Norway. The purchase consideration consisted of 30 million (prior to reverse split) newly issued shares in SBFI. In December 2020, SBFI also acquired the remining 3 per cent of the shares in Biokraft Holding AS held by the management. The purchase consideration consisted of newly issued shares in SBFI.

Cirio advised Scandinavian Biogas with a team headed by Jörgen Möller (Head of Energy), together with Maria Arnoldsson, Anders Moberg, Tim Johansson, Philip Tonkin, Jessica Grönberg, Louise Åberg and Alexandra Linusson.
