Cirio acting for OX2 when divesting 145 MW wind farm in Finland

Cirio has advised OX2 in the sale of the 145 MW Niinimäki greenfield wind farm in Finland to the Finnish energy company Helen and the Bank of Åland’s Wind Power Fund. Construction will begin immediately and the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. The annual energy production of the wind farm will be more than 400 GWh.
