Nicole Jerad
Managing Associate
Nicole is a Managing Associate in Cirio's Private M&A practice group. She assists both Swedish and international clients with acquisitions, divestments, investments, asset transfers, and mergers. In addition to negotiating transaction agreements, Nicole has substantial experience working as a project manager with an overall responsibility for the coordination and execution of various transaction workstreams. Nicole also advises clients on Swedish corporate law, including matters relating to general meetings, rights issues, mergers, etc.
Nicole graduated in law from Stockholm University in 2017, and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2021.
