Martin is a member of Cirio’s Banking and Finance group. He is specialised in restructuring and insolvency matters and is frequently appointed as bankruptcy trustee, company reorganisation administrator and liquidator. Martin has extensive experience of bankruptcies, corporate restructurings (in-court and out-of-court) and liquidations in several different industries, such as energy, oil, real estate, retail etc.
