Ellos Group AB in bankruptcy

Ellos Group AB, 559175-1325, was declared bankrupt on 10 September 2024 whereby Lars-Henrik Andersson was appointed as official receiver. The Ellos Group AB was the parent company of the Ellos structure, which holds well-known brands such as Ellos, Jotex, Homeroom and Elpy. As a result of failed negotiations before the bankruptcy, the task of finding a new owner to the Ellos group have assumed by the bankruptcy estate.

The bankruptcy estate has signed an asset purchase agreement regarding, inter alia, the shares in the subsidiary, indirectly transferring the ownership of the Ellos group. The transfer of the shares will also enable necessary cash injections to secure working capital needs and a viable future for the Ellos group.
