Cirio represents Besqab in the sale of real estate portfolio to Nrep

Cirio has represented Besqab AB (publ) in the sale of a real estate portfolio consisting of three properties to Nrep (Nrep Income+). The properties involved are two public properties under management by Besqab; Ultuna 13:1 i Uppsala and Mandelblomman 11 i Stockholm as well as the property Kvarngärdet 60:5 in Uppsala which is under construction.

The transaction is a share deal based on an underlying property value of 770 MSEK.
