Cirio has advised Residensia Bostad on the acquisition in Västerås

Cirio Advokatbyrå has advised the newly established Residensia Bostad AB in connection with the company’s first property acquisition, involving the transfer of five residential properties in Västerås. The portfolio consists of 352 rental apartments with a total area of approximately 24,200 sq.m. The seller is Harry Berglund Förvaltningsaktiebolag.

Completion took place on 1 April 2026.
