Cirio has advised Nordiqus on the acquisition of a property in Borlänge

Cirio has acted as legal advisor to Nordiqus in its acquisition of the Mimer 1 property in Borlänge, comprising 13,300 square meters and with an agreed property value of 706 million Swedish kronor. The seller is Diös Fastigheter and closing is scheduled for 30 June 2025. The property is newly developed fully let to Dalarna University.

Nordiqus owns more than 600 social infrastructure assets across the Nordic region, all backed by publicly funded operations. The portfolio includes preschools, primary and secondary schools, as well as universities.
