Cirio has advised Besqab on the sale of three residential properties in Uppsala

Cirio has advised Besqab AB (publ) on the sale of three residential properties comprising a total of 127 rental apartments in Uppsala. Located in the Kvarngärdet area, the properties offer a total lettable area of approximately 6,500 square metres and include studios to three bedroom flats. The transaction value amounts to approximately SEK 263 million, with completion scheduled for 30 June 2025.

Besqab develops high-quality, sustainable homes in sought-after locations across Greater Stockholm and Uppsala. The company is also involved in the development of community services for either third-party ownership or its own management. Besqab is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
