Cirio has advised Besqab in the sale of a care home in Nacka

Cirio advised Besqab in connection with the divestment of a newly built care facility in Nacka to Stockholms Enskilda Fastighetsägare (Sefab) for 200 million SEK. The sale concerns a completed care home located on the leasehold property Älta 37:5. The transfer is expected to take place on June 18, 2025.
