Cirio advises Övikshem in the sale of residential apartments to Westerlinds Residensia

Cirio has acted as legal advisor in the sale of residential apartments to Westerlinds Residensia AB. 

Övikshem sells 607 residential apartments in Örnsköldsvik with a total area of ​​almost 39,000 square meters.

The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 443.5 million. Övikshem will hand over to the buyer, Westerlinds Residensia AB, on May 2, 2024.
