Cirio advises Nordlo Fastigheter on the divestment of a residential property in Malmö

Cirio Advokatbyrå has advised Nordlo Fastigheter in connection with the divestment of the property Skuren 1 in Malmö to Lansa Fastigheter. The transaction comprises 85 residential units and creates room for Nordlo’s continued expansion with a focus on the Stockholm market.

The property is located in Hyllie in southern Malmö and consists of two buildings completed in 2022. It offers modern residential units with sustainable solutions, including solar panels, as well as access to a car pool and bicycle workshop. The area benefits from strong transport links, with proximity to both central Malmö and Copenhagen.

Nordlo Fastigheter is a joint venture between Bantorget Hyresbostäder AB and Nordfeldt.

Completion took place on 31 March 2026.
