Cirio advises CanMan in connection with Kivik Musteri’s investment in the company

Cirio has acted as legal advisor to Mobile Canning Sweden AB (CanMan) in connection with Kiviks Musteri AB’s investment in the company.

The investment will allow the company to expand its production capacity in order to continue to generate high sales growth.

CanMan started in 2016 in Umeå and has in a short time become a prominent canning supplier that has been awarded by both DI Gasell and EY Entrepreneur of The Year. The company works in Scandinavia with everything from so-called mobile canning, to mixing and canning at the production facility in Gothenburg, service of canning machines and sales of cans.

Cirio’s team consisted of Emma Dansbo, Niklas Junker, Linnea Thörnvik, and Edward Olsson.
