Cirio assists Besqab AB (publ) in the divestment of development rights to Alecta

Cirio has acted as legal advisor to Besqab AB (publ) in the divestment of two properties located in Solna. The transaction is structured as the sale of the two property-owning companies, with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 300,000,000. The divested properties are part of a project area where Besqab has completed the first phase and is in the final stages of the second phase.
