Cirio advises Fu-Gen when divesting BESS portfolio

Cirio is proud to have acted as legal advisor to renewables developer Fu-Gen when divesting up to nine ready-to-build battery energy storage projects (BESS) to Centrica. The portfolio, which in its entirety is located in the SE3 region, has an aggregate capacity of over 100 MW. The first projects are expected to become operational in 2026.

Cirio’s team consisted of Jörgen Möller, Hugo Bentelius, Zacharias Thyrén, Elisabet Heimer, Emelie Bergman and Jonathan Jademyr Zazzi.
