Cirio has acted for Tribrid

Cirio has acted for Tribrid when negotiating a cooperation agreement with French IPP (Independent Power Producer) Valorem.

Together, the parties will develop a 1GW renewables portfolio in Sweden, primarily focusing on wind and solar power. The partnership marks Valorem’s market entry in Sweden and is also a key milestone for Tribrid, being a new Swedish developer with a very experienced team.

Cirio’s team has been Emma Dansbo (Managing Partner) and Fredrik Morfeldt (Partner).
