Cirio advises ENERCON on strategic divestment of 24MW Dragaliden wind farm to Sveriges Vindkraftkooperativ ek. för.

Cirio has acted for ENERCON when divesting its fully operational 24MW Dragaliden wind farm to Sveriges Vindkraftkooperativ ek. för. The wind farm is located in the vicinity of the Markbygden wind farm cluster in the municipality of Piteå in northern Sweden and comprises of 12 turbines.

Cirio’s team consisted of Fredrik Morfeldt, Liselotte Rios, Elisabet Heimer, Hugo Bentelius, Fredrik Billing, Carsten Hierl, Hanna Yan Karlsson, Ina Laurell, Karin Sandvall and Oskar T Mohn.
