Cirio advises SHH in its acquisition of 90 rental apartments in Borås

Cirio acted as legal advisor to SHH Bostad AB in the acquisition of the properties Daggkåpan 2 and Solrosen 16 in Borås from Cernera Fastigheter AB. The buildings on the properties are expected to be completed in November 2021 and will comprise of approximately 90 rental apartments and a preschool.

Closing of Daggkåpan 2 is expected to occur during the fourth quarter of 2021 and closing of Solrosen 16 is expected to occur during the first quarter of 2022.
