Peter Högström
Peter is a member of Cirio’s Mergers & Acquisitions group and heads the Infrastructure practice group. He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and infrastructure projects, and has extensive experience in advising clients and leading client teams in Swedish and cross-border transactions that involve private and public companies.
He primarily acts for large companies and funds and has been involved in numerous complex transactions. Peter is frequently acknowledged as one of the leading lawyers in Sweden in M&A and capital markets and has been engaged in transactions worth more than SEK 350 billion. He is on the board of the International Project Finance Association, the British-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and the Hong Kong-Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
