Liquid Swords AB in bankruptcy

Liquid Swords AB, reg. no. 559275-6240, was declared bankrupt by Stockholm District Court on 12 October 2026, and Karl Björlin of Cirio Advokatbyrå AB was appointed as official receiver.

Liquid Swords AB develops computer and console games. Founded in 2020, the company has since built a highly skilled and diverse development team with experience from studios including DICE, Rockstar, Starbreeze and Avalanche Studios. In 2026, the company launched its debut title, Samson, an action game with a strong visual identity and clear market potential.

The assets of the bankruptcy estate primarily comprise intellectual property rights relating to the game.
