Cirio has advised the founder of Nordic Safety Solutions in connection with Hedengren’s acquisition of the company

Cirio acted as legal advisor to the seller in connection with Hedengren Security’s acquisition of Nordic Safety Solutions, a Swedish company specialised in the installation, commissioning and servicing of technical security systems.
