Cirio advises Formpipe Software AB (publ) in connection with Tabellae BidCo’s public takeover offer

On 4 June 2026, a consortium comprising Tabellae HoldCo ApS, Mission Trail Partners, LP and Aktiebolag Grenspecialisten, through Tabellae BidCo ApS, announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of Formpipe Software AB (publ) to tender all outstanding shares in Formpipe to Tabellae BidCo. The offer values Formpipe at approximately SEK 879 million. The board of directors of Formpipe recommends that shareholders accept the offer.

Formpipe is a Swedish software company within Customer Communications Management (CCM), with customers in more than 60 countries.  Formpipe was established in 2004 and has offices in Sweden, Denmark, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, and France. Formpipe is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Cirio advises Formpipe with a team headed by Maria Arnoldsson together with Martin Näslund and Frida Meiby (Equity Capital Markets and Public M&A), and Johanna Elveland and Matteus Romare (Competition Law and FDI).
