Cirio acted as Swedish local counsel to Sorainen in advising Cedo on the acquisition of Plasta Group including its Swedish subsidiary Rullpack

Cirio has acted as Swedish local counsel to Sorainen in advising Cedo, a leading supplier of sustainable household consumables, in its acquisition of the Lithuanian-Swedish Plasta Group, one of Europe’s largest polyethylene recyclers and suppliers of sustainable plastic products.

Rullpack AB, part of the Plasta Group since 2019, is Sweden’s leading manufacturer of recycled plastic garbage bags. With over 50 employees, the company produces 11,000 tons of certified waste bags annually, primarily for the Nordic market.
