Olle Asplund

Olle is a partner and head of Cirio’s FinReg group, focusing primarily on financially regulated companies. He has extensive experience in advising and handling matters related to banking law, consumer credit, payment services, open banking, and electronic money.

Olle regularly assists financial institutions with issues concerning AML and data protection, as well as complex matters involving outsourcing, licensing applications, and fit-and-proper assessments, including assistance with establishing cross-border operations. In addition to his regulatory work, Olle represents clients in court proceedings related to financial regulatory law and supervisory matters.
