Leveraging on experience from equity capital market and M&A mandates, Carl Axel bridges the gap between equity and debt transactions advising Swedish and international clients on inbound and outbound buy-and-build and venture capital transactions and investments.
Carl Axel has extensive experience of Swedish and international high-yield and investment grade bond issuances and regularly acts for issuers, both PE-backed and listed companies, as well as arrangers.
Carl Axel leads Cirio’s shipping team which offers full service legal advice on all aspects of shipping, including M&A, ship finance, new-building, chartering, insurance, flagging and disputes, with a particular focus on dry shipping mandates.
