Cirio legal advisor to Söderport in the acquisition of 3 properties

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Söderport, which is owned by Sagax and Nyfosa, in the acquisition of 3 properties (separate transactions). The total investment amounts to MSEK 117. Two of the properties are located in Stockholm and one property is located in Gothenburg. The lettable area is 10,900 sqm.
