Cirio legal advisor to Söderport in the acquisition of 15 properties from Sagax and Nyfosa

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Söderport in the acquisition of 15 properties from its parent companies Sagax and Nyfosa. The purchase price was MSEK 1,390. The properties are located in Stockholm and the lettable area amounts to 73,000 sqm.

Cirio´s team consisted of Johan Hessius, Jesper Johansson, Joel Sandin Persson, Joakim Blecher and Tilda Nilsson.
