Cirio legal advisor to SHH and HSB in the sale of three properties in Enköping to Genova

Cirio acted for SHH and HSB in the divestment of the properties Korsängen 20:2, Korsängen 20:3 and Kryddgården 6:5 to Genova Property Group for a underlying property value of SEK 91,000,000. Genova intends to build approximately 250 rental apartments within Korsängen 20:2 and 20:3. Kryddgården 6:5 will be part of a larger ongoing zoning project and the number of potential building rights for residential purposes within the property is estimated to 12,000 sqm gross area. Closing of the transaction is projected to occur in late October 2020.
