Cirio acted for BLDG Holding in the divestment of the property Stockholm Skvalberget 33 to Barings. The office building comprises of 6,185 sqm lettable area, located in the CBD of Stockholm. The deal is made by way of a share transfer, with an underlying property value of MSEK 740.
