Cirio advises Formpipe in its acquisition of E F S Technologies

Cirio has advised Formpipe Software AB (publ) (“Formpipe”), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm (small cap), in connection with its acquisition of E F S Technologies Ltd (“EFS”). The UK based EFS provides output and document management software together with a support and maintenance segment.

Formpipe is a software company with a customer oriented focus in the digital transformation. With the acquisition of EFS, Formpipe can support more partners in the private sector and continue to build relationships in the international arena.

Cirio’s M&A team consisted of Johan Hessius and Johanna Permatz with the assistance of Jesper Sala (IP/IT) and Erik Ejdesjö (employment matters).
