Cirio advises Tacton in connection with its acquisition of Variantum

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Tacton in connection with its acquisition of Variantum. The acquisition strengthens Tacton’s ability to deliver a comprehensive platform for complex manufacturing, with Variantum’s expertise in product data management and configuration solutions complementing Tacton’s existing offering.
