Cirio advises Industrifonden in their investment in BrainZell

Cirio has acted as legal advisor to Industrifonden in connection with the investment in BrainZell, a Swedish biotech startup who has developed a method for conducting clinical trials on lab-grown cells closely resembling those of humans.

The investment round, amounting to approximately SEK 15 million, was led by Industrifonden, alongside Life Science Invest, Norrsken Accelerator, Creator Fund, and business angels.

Cirio’s team included Emma Dansbo (Partner, Venture Capital), Niklas Junker (Senior Associate, Venture Capital), Edward Olsson (Associate, M&A), Sara Strömstedt (Associate, Intellectual Property), among others.
