Cirio advises Climentum Capital on the sale of Kärnfull Next to Studsvik AB

Cirio has acted as legal advisor to Climentum Capital in connection with the sale of Kärnfull Next (KNXT) to Studsvik AB, a publicly listed global nuclear technology company. The transaction is Climentum Capital’s first exit and highlights KNXT’s importance for the development of new nuclear technology in the Nordics.
