Cirio acted for Torslanda Property Investment in the divestment of a property to Niam

Cirio acted for Torslanda Property Investment AB (publ) in the divestment of the property Göteborg Sörred 7:31 to Niam for an underlying property value of MSEK 870.

The property is located in Torslanda, Gothenburg and fully let to Volvo Cars. Closing of the transaction is scheduled to 1 October 2021.
