Cirio legal advisor to Torslanda Property Investment AB (publ) in the acquisition of a property in Nacka, Stockholm

Cirio acted for Torslanda Property Investment AB (publ) in the acquisition of the property Nacka Sicklaön 145:16 from Serafim Fastigheter AB for an underlying property value of MSEK 60. The property is located in Järla Sjöstad, Nacka and the lettable area amounts to 1 400 sqm. Closing of the transaction is scheduled to 1 April 2021.
