Cirio acted for Torslanda Property Investment in the acquisition of a property in Solna

Cirio has advised Torslanda Property Investment in the acquisition of the property Solna Skogskarlen 2 from Schroder Nordic Real Estate Fund for an underlying property value of SEK 458 million. The lettable area amounts to 12,100 sqm. Closing of the transaction is scheduled to 15 March 2022.
