Lennart Pettersson joins Cirio’s M&A team as a partner to strengthen and broaden the firm’s M&A practice.

Cirio’s transaction practice continues to grow, especially in the private equity sector. With the recruitment of Lennart Pettersson, Cirio will further strengthen its offering by adding valuable expertise and experience.

Lennart has long and extensive experience from assisting companies with complex and international M&A projects and we are very proud to have him join us,” said Peter Lilja, head of Cirio’s M&A practice.

Lennart has nearly 20 years of experience with Swedish and international M&A transactions. He has a special focus on private equity transactions as well as on M&A projects representing portfolio companies and financial institutions. Lennart also has experience as an insolvency legal advisor, primarily to boards of directors. Lennart was previously at White & Case.
